 Tony,
I simply wanted to
appreciate your class last Saturday. I have been involved with
training adults since 1982 when I was an Air Force instructor pilot
here at Vance AFB. Over the years, I've had some training on
being a trainer. Besides having enjoyed your class, I enjoyed
watching how you handle adults in training situations. From
my viewpoint, you did a wonderful job. You insisted on a
standard, but you didn't demean anyone who had some difficulty at first
reaching that standard. Your qualities of patience, empathy,
and subject knowledge are what make you an outstanding
instructor.
But most of all, I want to
thank you for how you taught my wife, Emita. As you could tell,
she is new to shooting sports and not very comfortable in the
environment. Had she had an unpleasant experience in your class,
she would likely have walked away from shooting. Because of how
she enjoyed your class, she is planning to go to the range with me
tomorrow and wants to try skeet shooting in the near future. So
again, thanks!

Hey Tony, I just wanted to let you know that I enjoyed the class very much, it was very informative and very well presented. You made it very comfortable and easy to learn the material.
